The National Second Chance Housing Program Directory includes full contact information of each program such as:

  • Second Chance Program Name
  • Program Website Address
  • Contact Phone Number
  • Summary of How Program Works
  • Case Manager or Contact Person of Program
  • Case Manager or Program E-mail Address

The Programs on the list uses one or more of the following approval strategies to secure the approval on behalf of the client:

  • Corporate Leasing - Using Business Credit to secure the approval.
  • Negotiating Directly with the Management Company or Landlord
  • Offering Management Company /Landlord an Insurance Product
  • Co-signing the Lease as Assurance on Behalf of Client
  • Credit Protection Products - For Victims of Identity Theft
  • Locating Second Chance Friendly Management Companies/Landlords.

Now let’s get to the good part as it relates to our unique Strategy in getting our clients approved!

Our approval strategy is a method called ‘’ Corporate Leasing ‘’ through a Corporate Guarantor. We have an established network of Corporate Guarantors. The purpose of a Corporate Guarantor is to use their excellent business credit, proof of financials, and credentials to submit a corporate lease at our client’s chosen rental property. If a client opts to use a corporate guarantor for the approval strategy The Rental Guarantor Program will forward the client's file to the most suitable Corporate Guarantor in our network based on the client's unique housing needs, monthly income, location, and rent budget.

What is Corporate Leasing?

Corporate Leasing Program: It’s simple. You have credit issues; our corporate partners and resources have great credit. We help you rent anywhere of your choosing at any standard or luxury apartment community in your area that accepts corporate leasing, by submitting an application on your behalf under the apartment community’s corporate leasing option, our corporate partner will submit your name as the official occupant that will be residing on the property. The apartment communities will review our corporate housing partners financials, rental history, rental references, and business credit score; which will grant you housing approval. You will be responsible for paying the monthly rent, required deposits, and other bills related to the property.

Dear Friends ...

To get a lawful conviction for 1st Degree Murder in Minnesota, the prosecutor must prove behond any reasonable doubt the accused had a well-formed plan to kill the victim BEFORE THE EVENT.

http://www.howtowinincourt.com/?refercode=MK0040

This is extremely hard to prove in any case where the accused caused the death of another, because it requires "admissible evidence" that proves beyond any reasonable doubt what was going on inside the accused's mind BEFORE THE EVENT. To prove what was going on inside anyone's mind is not a simple task, and it is extremely difficult to prove in court.

CP24's crime expert made a similar argument.

Please tell everyone you meet why that charge in Minnesota would likely result in acquittal ... not because the court is biased but because that is what the law requires.

If 1st Degree is charged and results in acquittal, justice will NOT be served, the police officer will go free, and the rioting and destruction of the property of innocent people will resume.

http://www.howtowinincourt.com/?refercode=MK0040

The 3rd Degree Murder charge in this case will undoubtedly result in a quick conviction and immediate incarceration of the police officer, whereas a 1st Degree Murder charge will not.

Angry people demanding 1st Degree need to be told the truth SO THEY WILL NOT CONTINUE TO DESTROY THE PROPERTY OF INNOCENT PEOPLE.

Dr. Greaves, isn't the crown able to reduce the charge during the discovery stage of proceedings?  Also, couldn't the judge reduce the charge at the preliminary inquiry?

Also, I will be mailing a cheque with $89.00 renewal fee.

List of Ontario Civil Causes of Action

In Ontario, civil causes of action, or legal claims between parties, must generally be based upon a ‘recognized cause of action,’ (i.e. generally an established legal theory upon which the court has authority to grant relief), with breach of contract and negligence perhaps being the two most common. In most cases, legal authority flows either from statute, or through judge made common law, which has (largely) developed through judicial decisions reached over the last millenia.

Most of the time, lawsuits are commenced by way of a ‘Statement of Claim’, which ideally, concisely sets forth the facts along with the legal theories under which relief is claimed. In many cases, especially for those matters originating in a commercial context, this requires the drafter to spend time researching various causes of action, along with the required elements thereto (and potential defences), which is not always the most productive use of either time or a client’s resources. With that in mind, I have attempted to create a list of common (but by no means a complete) causes of action and defences.

The above list is intended to be summary in nature, and contains the majority of claims I have seen during my time practicing. It is generally limited to civil claims, where one party is seeking money from the other. For a more detailed list, I would encourage you to review Crookston Law’s Canadian legal causes of action and remedies page, which is available here.

Defences and Affirmative Defences

Various types of defences are typically asserted in response to a claim (in the Statement of Defence). The most common are flat denials, which need little explanation. Next, it is common to see the defendant set forth their version of the facts. Finally, affirmative defences are typically asserted. Affirmative defences may be based on statute, common law, or the particular facts of the case. They are typically in the nature of ‘confession and avoidance,’ meaning that while they acknowledge that the events in the claim occurred, there is a legal reason why the defendant should be excused from liability. Affirmative defences may include (but are not limited to):

  • Abuse of Process
  • Accord and Satisfaction
  • Anticipatory Breach
  • Assumption of the Risk
  • Bankruptcy
  • Breach of Contract
  • Breach of the Duty of Good Faith and Fair Dealing

  • Estoppel
  • Failure of Condition Precedent
  • Failure to Disclose a Cause of Action
  • Failure to Mitigate Damages
  • Force Majeure
  • Fraud
  • Fraud in the Inducement
  • Frustration of Purpose
  • Intervening/Superceding Cause
  • Justification
  • Laches
  • Lack of Consideration (total or partial failure of consideration)
  • Merger Doctrine
  • Mistake (unilateral and/or mutual mistake)
  • Parol Evidence
  • Release
  • Remoteness (indirect, excessive)
  • Res Judicata
  • Set Off
  • Spoliation of evidence
  • Standing (lack of)
  • Statute of Frauds
  • Statute of Limitations
  • Truth (defamation)
  • Threshold (auto)
  • Unclean hands
  • Unenforceable (onerous) term
  • Unjust Enrichment
  • Unconscionability
  • Waiver

In the event the plaintiff proves their claim (and is otherwise entitled to relief), the burden then shifts to the defendant to establish all require elements of their affirmative defences.

From the investment resource Wired magazine calls,
"smart and up to the minute"...

Bay Street insiders are convinced the next tech revolution will be BIGGER THAN THE INTERNET…

And you may never get an early-stage investment opportunity like this one EVER again. Tech revolutions of this kind of magnitude usually come along just once or twice in a lifetime...

Simply read on to discover the small Canadian tech company poised to profit from the coming tidal wave. Fair warning: Its name might shock you.

Dear Forward-Looking Investor:

With everything I'm hearing coming out of Silicon Valley, Wall Street and Bay Street...

I don't feel like I'm very far out on a limb with this "bold" prediction:

Five years from now, you'll probably wish you'd bought this stock.

Because five years from now, I think everyone will know the story of this game-changing technology…

And if I’m right, the name of the Canadian company whose software is powering this revolution should soon be on everyone's lips.

Thankfully, you don't have to wait five years to get the full story on this exploding tech revolution...

And you don't need to wait five years to decide if this innovative company is right for your portfolio.

Because my team and I have spent months in the trenches, researching every detail and traveling across the world to conferences… and even a few closed-door meetings…

All to be bring this enormous opportunity to you.

But before we dive in, let’s get the most obvious question out of the way…

Just how BIG of an opportunity are we talking about?

Here's how the World Economic Forum describes it:

“We stand on the brink of a technological revolution that will fundamentally alter the way we live, work, and relate to one another. In its scale, scope, and complexity, the transformation will be unlike anything humankind has experienced before.”

And Forbes says that this technology will “change the economics of every industry.”

Not to mention that some of the biggest and most influential investors in the world are quietly positioning their companies to profit.

I’m speaking of tech billionaires including Sergey Brin of Google… Elon Musk of Tesla… Bill Gates of Microsoft…

Even Mark Zuckerberg, the boy genius who already gave the world Facebook!

They’re all placing THEIR bets on this new technology...

And if that doesn’t make you sit up and take notice…

Or wonder whether you might want to get positioned alongside the smart money…

Well, I hope you’ll still let me fill you in on the rest of the story.

Because it makes for one heck of an anecdote for the next dinner party you attend… and there could also be millions of dollars to be made!

My name is Iain Butler, and I'm the Chief Investment Officer for Motley Fool Canada and serve as the Lead Advisor of Stock Advisor Canada.

In my role as a investment analyst, I've traveled around the world, researching every major tech trend of the last decade.

The breakthrough I'm about to tell you about is unlike anything I've ever seen before.

It's been used to identify potential treatments for Ebola, multiple sclerosis, and various types of cancer.

The Director of Research at Microsoft said, "Everything we do now is influenced, one way or another" by this technology.

Credit card companies have already begun to use this technology to identify suspicious transactions in real time.

Vehicle manufacturers can use this technology to predict mechanical failures BEFORE a part even fails.

Heck, Budweiser is even using this technology to deliver beer!

But the most exciting thing, if you ask me… is how these organizations and companies have only just scratched the surface of this groundbreaking technology.

The potentially applications are darn near endless.

Now here’s a fact that may really surprise you…

You’ve probably been aware of this technology for several years already.

Because I'm talking about game-changing advances in the field of artificial intelligence…

I’ll admit that I was pretty skeptical when I began my research.

If you’re anything like me, you’ve been hearing about artificial intelligence since you were a kid...

And sure, it was fun idea to explore in movies like Terminator.

It just NEVER seemed to exist in real life.

But I’m here to tell you that all that has changed.

Because even as you are reading this memo… science fiction is becoming reality.

One Google insider has even gone so far as to that that there will not be a single industry that will be left untouched.

These were his words:

"AI is the new electricity… Just as 100 years ago electricity transformed industry after industry, AI will now do the same."

And if that sounds far-fetched, let’s boil “artificial intelligence” down to the simplest possible terms…

We’re really just talking about the way that human beings train computers.

You know that we now have more advanced computers than at any previous point in human history.

And while it was once necessary to give computers simplistic, step-by-step instructions…

Which made teaching machines to do even the most rudimentary tasks a grueling, time-consuming process… one that required thousands of lines of code…

The incredible advancements we have seen in artificial intelligence are due to a very different approach to teaching machines.

It’s called “deep learning.”

And it’s a revolutionary method that teaches machines in the same way that we teach our own children…

Think about when you drive your car, for example.

When you drive down the road, you can easily tell the difference between a car and a truck.

And you know that there are all kinds of different trucks, and that you should treat different trucks differently.

For example, if a fire truck is behind you with the siren on, you know you need to get out of its way.

You and I see these differences so easily that we barely even notice we are doing it, right?

But it's historically been incredibly difficult to program a machine to perceive these differences the way that you and I do.

With deep learning, computer scientists try to teach computers in the same way humans learn…

It’s actually a lot like raising a child. (And I should know, because I have three rambunctious daughters at home!)

In fact, if I tell you how my daughter learned the word "truck"... you will understand the basic idea behind deep learning!

It didn’t take my daughter Phoebe very long to learn the word “truck.”

My daughter, Phoebe, learning to distinguish between different kinds of truck. (Because it turns out machines can learn almost like human children do.)

We’d be in the car, and all I’d hear from the backseat would be: “Truck! Truck! Truck!”

To Phoebe, every car and every vehicle was a truck.

So when she’d point and say “truck,” I would cheer her on…

While also giving her a little bit more information. Such as, "That's right! That is a fire truck”…

Or “Good guess. But that’s a car.”

You can guess what happened next.

Eventually, Phoebe learned the difference between a car and a truck.

And the difference between a fire truck and a dump truck.

Well, it turns out that we can train machines the same way.

A programmer can start by giving a computer the basics about what a truck is. And then the programmer can feed the computer information about different kinds of trucks…

Often by simply feeding the computer thousands of photos of trucks…

And as the computer "sees" more and more of these truck images, the computer gets better and better at identifying different types of trucks…

Until eventually, the computer can tell the difference between a car and a truck just as well as my daughter Phoebe.

Or you and me.

And as you can probably imagine, this has incredible applications…

Maybe you saw in the news that a Budweiser truck, fully loaded with beer...

Drove ITSELF 120 miles from Fort Collins, Colorado to the town of Colorado Springs...

It was a beer delivery like any other. Except there was NO DRIVER.

Because nowadays trucks can literally drive themselves.

Self-driving cars have gotten their share of media attention, too...

But the truth is, self-driving AI is just the tip of the iceberg.

AI is also changing the face of modern medicine.

Did you know that artificial intelligence is being used prevent blindness in diabetics?

It’s true.

There’s now a computer that’s able to look at pictures of diabetics' eyes and figure out which people have the early warning signs of blindness...

Which means these patients can be treated as early as possible, and that significantly reduces their chances of going fully blind…

But even that is just the beginning!

I could fill your ear for the next several weeks, telling you all the ways that AI is already being used…

Like how farmers are increasing crop yields because smart machines can tell the difference between good plants and weeds... and spray only the weeds with herbicide…

Or how Facebook uses the technology to automatically recognize you and your friends in pictures…

And how Boeing is using the technology to revolutionize airplane maintenance…

How AI powers Amazon's Alexa…

OR how IBM's Watson first learned to play Jeopardy… and now reads medical images!

The potential applications of deep learning are practically limitless.

But you and I need to talk about something even more important. And time is wasting.

My professional opinion – and the professional opinion of some very savvy investors I work with…

Is that you do not want to wait to access the next piece of information I want to share with you.

So here's the bottom line in all this:

Today we say that all companies are Internet companies, because if a company isn't on the Internet it can't be competitive.

In the future, I think we’ll say the same thing about artificial intelligence.

It’s likely that every company and every person you know will use AI every single day…

Not just your children and grandchildren but you and your neighbors and friends, too.

The future is here.

That's why Forbes said that artificial intelligence "will change the economics of virtually every industry."

And that's exactly why some of the world's richest people are so excited about this opportunity.

Because, as you may have already guessed…

The investment opportunity that artificial intelligence represents is one of the sheer biggest of our lifetimes.

We’re speaking of an absolutely enormous opportunity.

One which has nothing to do with whether today’s stock market is overvalued or undervalued…

Or whether house prices ever pull back…

Or if Donald Trump does something crazy in the U.S. that sends bond markets into a spin…

We’re speaking of what could be a 20-year tidal wave of investment profits.

In fact, leading research firm McKinsey & Company predicts the AI revolution will be $19.9 trillion opportunity

That's trillion with a "T."

To put that number in perspective… that’s roughly the size of the U.S. national debt.

So if you’re an investor reading this memo, I fully expect you’ve already begun to think to ask yourself:

How can you get invested ahead of the crowd?

Frankly, that’s probably the single most important question you CAN ask at this moment in history.

But before I share the answer with you…

I want to show you just one more example to make 100% sure you understand the size of the investment opportunity we’re discussing today.

We all know that the real life-changing returns go to those who act quickly… before a technology goes mainstream…

And absolutely every Tom, Dick and Harry is talking about it.

But is there really a way to position yourself alongside the early-stage “smart money”?

The answer is a simple, emphatic YES.

I’ve seen it with my own eyes.

I’ve spent my entire career working alongside one of the world’s greatest stock pickers.
A man whose stature among tech-minded investors is on par with Warren Buffett...

But he’s definitely not a value guy.

In fact, he’s one of the world’s greatest GROWTH investors.

As Manifest Investing put it in 2016:

"Morningstar identifies 1404 mutual funds with 15-year track records. How many of them performed better than David's Stock Advisor selections? ZERO. NADA. Goose egg."

Yes, as you may have guessed, I’m speaking of David Gardner.

(Motley Fool co-founder David Gardner correctly predicted the rise of mega-successful internet companies from AOL to eBay to Amazon.com. And in the process, he built a track record that's the envy of the slick money managers on Wall Street and Bay Street. Now he's excited about the next tech revolution... not to mention the tremendous profit opportunities that AI presents to investors like you and me right now.)

David co-founded The Motley Fool US with his brother Tom all the way back in 1994, in the earliest days of the internet revolution.

And, in full public view, he’s built up the sort of track record that hedge-fund managers can only envy…

He bought AOL at a split-adjusted 90 cents a share in 1994...

Every $5,000 invested in AOL when David recommended it is now worth over $500,000.

And then in 1997, David recommended Amazon at a split-adjusted $3.00 a share.

In case you haven’t seen the price of Amazon lately, let me demonstrate the sort of returns that David has earned for investors just like you and me.

Now every $5,000 invested in Amazon back when David first found it is worth well over $3,493,200

You may be familiar with some of David’s other winners – it’s quite a long list…

Netflix (rec'd December 2004), up 20,716%

Booking Holdings (formerly Priceline) (rec'd May 2004), up 8,212%

Marvel (rec'd June 2002, later acquired by Disney), up 7,668%

Activision Blizzard (rec'd February 2003), up 3,871%

Hasbro (rec'd April 2003), up 918%

But there’s an important part of the story you may not have heard.

In 2013, David and Tom Gardner brought their brand of high-growth investing to Canadian investors.

They hand-picked a team of the most savvy, talented and experienced Canadian investors.

Then they put them in charge of a unique wealth-building service called Stock Advisor Canada.

And, if you ask me, Stock Advisor Canada is the sheer best thing to happen to Canadian investors since the introduction of tax-advantaged savings accounts…

Or the price of oil hitting $140 a barrel.

You don’t have to take my word for it. Take it from these existing members:

“Thank you for the very helpful hints in your website in the past several weeks. I’ve made some stock purchases which so far have been very successful.”

“Just a quick note to say thank you for what we consider to be a series of excellent long-term recommendations that we believe will deliver 10%+ annual returns for the foreseeable future.”

“I think Fool Canada’s SA service is a ridiculous value. Unless you value your own time at maybe $1 per hour, how could it not be. You are getting great (unbiased) analysis by full-time professionals, for dirt cheap because it’s spread over a lot of members. How many services uncovered SHOP.TO in the low 30s?”

Here’s the rub: The Stock Advisor Canada team has just put the finishing touches on a brand-new report.

Simply click the button at the bottom of this page and you’ll instantly receive your copy of "The Final Piece of the Puzzle: The Canadian Investor's Guide to the Artificial Intelligence Revolution."

You’re protected by our 30-day membership-fee guarantee, so you can proceed with complete confidence.

Heck, you stand to receive the name of every single stock we’ve ever recommended…

And potentially pay nothing.

It’s up to you.

One thing is certain:

Tech revolutions this big come along just once in a lifetime. And once you miss your chance, it’s gone.

So I expect you’re giving this Stock Advisor Canada offer some real thought.

Here’s what some of your fellow investors who’ve already joined us have to say…

Anton M., from Cambridge, Ontario recently told us:

“The best move I made: signing up for [Stock Advisor Canada]. I absolutely love the simplicity of the language in the reviews and articles, and I’ve learned to slow down, look around, understand the businesses better, and ask questions. And the results have paid off greatly… I’m lovin’ being a Fool!!!”

And Chris W., another Ontario-based investor wrote in to say:

“I’m so impressed by what a personal feel you guys have created. … It’s pretty impressive to ask you guys a question by e-mail and get response from you or Iain within a couple hours. Thanks for a great service!”

And Mark V., a self-described “Canuck living abroad in Peru” who commented:

“Canadians need independent investment advice from a trusted source, and The Motley Fool is just the channel.”

But there’s probably one final question you’re probably asking yourself right about now… So let’s get to it.

How much is it worth to be able to spot the kind of big winners we’ve been talking about today — before everyone else does?

Thousands of dollars? Absolutely!

Heck, I’d argue it’s worth far more than that.

And you and I both know that there are dozens of less member friendly and less successful companies out there that’ll gladly charge you that much – or more – without offering any kind of 100% satisfaction guarantee.

But you won’t have to pay anywhere near that much to test-drive Stock Advisor Canada today.

In fact, if you join us right now through this special offer, you can put our entire team to work for you for just a small fraction of that….

See below: You can get your hands on this information for as little as $99.

And then get that money back if you want it.

Of course I’d never offer this guarantee if I didn’t expect you’d like what you see.

But the choice is yours.

So let’s quickly review everything you’re entitled to when you join Stock Advisor Canadatoday…

A FREE copy of "The Final Piece of the Puzzle: The Canadian Investor's Guide to the Artificial Intelligence Revolution" (a $29 value):Including all the details on the little-known Canadian tech company our team believes can help you get your fair share of what could become the $20 trillion AI revolution – potentially delivering you the kind of life-changing returns that AOL and Amazon delivered for David Gardner’s earliest followers…

You’ll even receive a FREE copy of another new investment report we’ve just put together. “Canada’s Answer to Amazon.com” (a $59 value) reveals everything you need to know about our team’s favorite ecommerce play. This report even includes audio of an eye-opening interview our team conducted with the company’s Chief Financial Officer! It’s a simply incredible growth story. But we believe there’s plenty of gas left in the tank.

In fact, you’ll receive access to ALL of our other immensely valuable members-only premium research reports (a combined value of over $550): Including “3 Dividend Stocks to Buy and Hold Forever”… “3 U.S. Stocks Every Canadian Should Own”… “The Ins And Outs Of Investing Beyond The Canadian Border”… “The 2 Major Hurdles to Building Wealth In Canada”… and “The Motley Fool Canada Retirement Guidebook.”

PLUS full research write-ups on every last Canadian and “best of the best” U.S.stock we’re currently recommending.

PLUS in-depth — yet easy-to-follow — weekly updates on all of our active recommendations. You’ll always have all the need-to-know details on the Stock Advisor Canada stock picks you’ve chosen to invest in — without having to spend countless hours tracking down and deciphering news on the latest developments affecting companies you own.

PLUS free run of our members-only discussion forums: Where you can quickly and easily post a question for Iain and his team anytime, day or night… or even chat with your fellow Stock Advisor Canadamembers — many of whom may well be investment experts in their own right, and can give you unique insights you simply can’t find anywhere else.

I think you’ll agree that just what I told you about right there more than justifies the standard membership fee of just $299 per year.

G. Hagelthorn, a loyal member from Ontario, certainly seems to think so. He recently wrote us to say…

“This is not the first [investment] newsletter I have subscribed to, but certainly one of the very best! I appreciate the candid and thorough coverage as well as the level of humbleness that comes through in your commentaries.”

But don’t forget, as a special “thank you” for sticking with me today, you can go ahead and snap up a membership for just $99…

Plus, you’ll be fully protected by our 30-day, 100% membership-fee-back guarantee.

May 14, 2021. Today is the first day of the rest of your life.

KINGOFTHEWORLD!  Laura Gottwald in jail;  Police detain the victim.  May 14, 2021 1;16pm.  Rachel came by and told me that things are going well with Laura's referral.  Laura only needs to produce her identification now.  I advised her that it is with staff at the Holiday Days Inn Hotel.   I also realized that something does not make sense with Laura's detention and release.   And with the new freedom comes more work.
